Coins for College Drive Raises $4,593.49
The annual Spring Grove Area Scholarship Fund (SGASF) Coins for College Drive was held March 11 - 22, 2024, with great results! Students in grades K - 8 raised $4,593.49, which will go to scholarships for Spring Grove seniors! This year's total was double what was raised last year!
Each year, the school that raises the highest amount donated per student earns a named scholarship to be awarded to an eligible senior at the SGASF Awards Banquet. SGASF also made it more exciting by adding a trophy the winning school keeps until the next year's winner is named. This year's winner is.......Paradise Elementary School! They raised $4.39 per student!
