Principal Julianne Janusz earns Doctorate Degree

Spring Grove Area School District proudly congratulates Dr. Julianne Janusz, Principal of Paradise Elementary School, on earning her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University.

Dr. Janusz’s qualitative study, “Teachers’ Perceptions of the Implementation of Structured Literacy,” examined the experiences of educators teaching kindergarten through third grade. Her research explored teachers’ perceptions of professional development, administrative support, and confidence levels related to implementing structured literacy practices in the classroom.

This achievement reflects Dr. Janusz’s strong commitment to continuous learning and educational leadership. Her research provides valuable insight into supporting student growth, and her leadership continues to positively influence Paradise Elementary and the entire district.
